Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Mason, OH

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) care. Key Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Recent professional experience in a hospital Medical-Surgical unit
• Proficiency with patient assessment, care planning, and electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients, families, and team members
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient health
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about procedures, conditions, and post-discharge care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to infection control protocols
• Participate in shift reports, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuing education

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
