As an experienced registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical care, you'll play a key role in supporting adult inpatients with diverse and complex needs, including those requiring orthopedic, neurosurgical, and trauma care. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adult medical-surgical inpatients
• Monitor and assess patients’ status, promptly responding to changes in clinical condition
• Support pain management initiatives to enhance patient comfort and satisfaction
• Employ proactive rounding techniques and bedside hand-offs to strengthen communication and improve outcomes
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff, to facilitate effective and seamless care
• Uphold best practices to achieve zero-harm goals and maintain rigorous patient safety protocols
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
