Schedule/Hours:

• Alternating weekends and holidays (EOW/EOH)
• Contract position

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in a medical-surgical (MS) setting
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to assume intermittent charge nurse responsibilities, with provided training
• Ability to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced hospital environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Assume charge nurse duties as assigned, ensuring team support and workflow efficiency
