• Engage in proactive rounding to identify patient needs and foster responsive care
• Conduct bedside hand-offs for seamless communication and continuity of care between shifts

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active RN license
• Proven experience on a medical-surgical floor, ideally including care for orthopedic, neurosurgical, or trauma patients
