Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to medical/surgical patients, including complex ortho, neuro, and trauma cases
- Prioritize patient safety by adhering to zero-harm protocols and promoting quality outcomes
- Utilize pain management strategies to enhance patient comfort and satisfaction
- Engage in proactive rounding to identify patient needs and foster responsive care
- Conduct bedside hand-offs for seamless communication and continuity of care between shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient support
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active RN license
- Proven experience on a medical-surgical floor, ideally including care for orthopedic, neurosurgical, or trauma patients
