Schedule/Hours:

• Every other weekend (EOW)
• Every other holiday (EOH)

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license and eligibility to practice in Ohio
• Minimum of one year recent Med-Surg RN experience (telemetry experience highly preferred)
• Proven skills in managing patient ratios of 1:4–1:6
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-centered environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to med-surg/telemetry patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including virtual nurse support, for comprehensive patient management
• Perform assessments, medication administration, care documentation, and discharge planning
