Patient ratios typically range from 1:4 to 1:6, allowing you to provide attentive care while learning from innovative patient management approaches and diverse clinical leadership styles.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license and BLS certification
- Recent med-surg nursing experience
- Comfort with telemetry preferred
- Adaptable mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience with virtual or telehealth support a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality med-surg nursing care
- Monitor and assess patient conditions on both med-surg and telemetry beds
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and utilize virtual nurse resources
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care transitions
- Proactively communicate with patients and families
