Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent MS (Medical-Surgical) nursing experience
- Experience with orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and/or trauma adult populations preferred
- Strong commitment to patient safety, zero harm standards, and quality care
- Proficient in pain management, bedside handoff, and proactive rounding
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical/surgical nursing care to adult inpatients, including those with orthopedic and neuro-surgical conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient-centric care plans
- Prioritize and promote patient safety, adhering to zero-harm policies
