Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of experience working on a medical/surgical (MS) unit
• Familiarity with care for orthopedics, neuro-surgical, and trauma patients
• Strong commitment to patient safety and zero-harm practices
• Competency in pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside handoff
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
