This travel role will immerse you in a dynamic inpatient setting, where you’ll play an integral part in patient care teams and develop new perspectives on health delivery. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
- 36 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Med-Surg experience required
- Experience with inpatient holds and/or ED patient assignment preferred
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, safe care to patients on inpatient holds
- Flexibly bridge care between med-surg and ED settings as needed
- Monitor patient condition and collaborate with healthcare team for optimal outcomes
- Advocate for patients while providing compassionate, holistic care
- Accurately document and report clinical findings
