Travel Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) | Meriden, Connecticut

This travel role will immerse you in a dynamic inpatient setting, where you’ll play an integral part in patient care teams and develop new perspectives on health delivery. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• 36 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Med-Surg experience required
• Experience with inpatient holds and/or ED patient assignment preferred
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, safe care to patients on inpatient holds
• Flexibly bridge care between med-surg and ED settings as needed
• Monitor patient condition and collaborate with healthcare team for optimal outcomes
• Advocate for patients while providing compassionate, holistic care
• Accurately document and report clinical findings
