Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience on a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit
• Previous experience handling inpatient hold or emergency department patients preferred
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and multitasking skills
• Comfort working with varying acuity levels and patient ratios

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage care for assigned patients on inpatient hold; support the ED as needed
• Document assessments, treatments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Promote continuity of care and patient safety
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and acuity
