Travel Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Meriden, Connecticut

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 am – 7:30 pm
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend (EOW) rotation

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proficient in Medical-Surgical nursing; experience with inpatient hold and ED patients highly valued
• Strong clinical assessment skills and flexibility in dynamic situations
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to inpatient hold and Medical-Surgical patients
• Maintain safe, effective RN-to-patient ratios
• Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Adapt rapidly to accommodate emergency department patients when needed
• Consistently document patient status and interventions according to best practices
