What You’ll Need:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience on a Medical-Surgical unit
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
- Flexibility and a collaborative approach to patient care
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population on a medical-surgical floor
- Coordinate with physicians, allied health, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
