Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical environment
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive and comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical conditions and surgical needs
• Accurately administer medications, monitor for side effects, and promptly respond to patient changes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to plan and implement individualized care plans
• Document all interventions and outcomes accurately within required timeframes
• Provide education, support, and discharge planning to patients and families
