Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults on the Medical-Surgical (MS) floor
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate changes to healthcare teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active RN license
• 1+ years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
