Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Current BLS certification (additional certifications are a plus)
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients on a med-surg unit
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Educate patients and families about ongoing health needs, procedures, and care plans
- Support discharge planning and follow-up processes for smooth patient transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

$1,727 - $1,889/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
