Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical setting
• Accurately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide post-surgical support
• Complete comprehensive documentation and ensure continuity of care
• Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs

Qualifications:

• Active RN license valid in Texas (or compact state)
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) unit
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus, but not required
