Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical-surgical (MS) environment
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfort working within an interdisciplinary team
• Familiarity with electronic health records

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions
• Carry out patient assessments, implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge instructions
• Accurately document clinical activities and patient responses
• Participate in patient care rounds, shift reports, and quality improvement initiatives
