Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Medical-Surgical specialty)
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from assignment location
• Royal blue scrubs required for shifts
• Complete submission of all certifications and documentation for consideration

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient clinical status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care plans
• Administer medications, provide treatments, and educate patients and their families
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety
