Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts, 7:00 am – 7:30 pm
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to inpatient hold and med-surg patients
• Adapt care to various acuity and patient ratios according to unit needs
• Demonstrate readiness to handle ED patient overflow when required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate changes to care teams
• Uphold patient safety, privacy, and infection control standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Previous experience in inpatient settings; ability to take ED patients preferred
