Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical unit
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and adaptability
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care in a fast-paced setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations with a variety of medical conditions
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement physician orders for medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly to emerging needs
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health staff to ensure cohesive care delivery
- Document interventions, progress, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, aftercare, and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards at all times

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
