Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medical-Surgical unit
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and adaptability
• Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care in a fast-paced setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations with a variety of medical conditions
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement physician orders for medications and treatments
• Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and respond promptly to emerging needs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health staff to ensure cohesive care delivery
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, aftercare, and discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards at all times
