Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Proven experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Cardiac Stepdown units
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Familiarity with electronic health records and standard hospital protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess cardiac and medical-surgical patients, promptly identifying changes in condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals on care plans
- Educate patients and families about recovery, medication, and ongoing care needs
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EHR systems
- Provide compassionate support throughout the patient’s hospital stay

$2,012 - $2,122/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
