Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating weekends
- Full-time, travel assignment
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Two years recent experience in a medical-surgical unit (RN-MS)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies according to protocols
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
- Deliver excellent patient education to support recovery and health maintenance
