Schedule / Hours

• 13-week assignment
• Night shifts: 7:00pm - 7:00am
• Guaranteed 36 or 48 hours/week (must be confirmed at submission)
• Rotating weekends as required by the facility
• No call requirements
• Orientation: day shift, full week availability mandatory

Qualifications

• Active RN license applicable to Missouri or eligible for Missouri licensure
• BLS from AHA (required)
• NIHSS certification (may be completed before starting)
• Minimum one year of recent inpatient Telemetry experience, including competency in drug titration
• Ability to float to other units as needed
• Flexibility, determination, and sound decision-making skills; strong teamwork orientation

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across a diverse med/tele population
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary and ancillary departments
• Maintain accountability, confidentiality, and uphold professional standards and facility values
• Supervise and evaluate care provided by other direct caregivers
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety practices
