Qualifications and Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Proven experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing
- Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
- Strong assessment, clinical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
Typical Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and manage IVs as prescribed
- Collaborate on care plans, update physicians on patients’ status, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
- Educate patients and families on condition management and discharge planning
- Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and facility policies
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, utilizing critical thinking skills

$1,800 - $1,958/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
