Schedule/Hours:

• Full time
• Typical rotating shifts, with evenings and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for adult patients in a fast-paced Med-Surg unit
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications/treatments, and document clinical observations accurately
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and post-discharge care
• Uphold infection control policies and hospital procedures to ensure safety

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments
