Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience

• BLS certification (current and active)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor patients’ progress, assess responses to interventions, and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient healing and recovery
• Provide patient and family education on wound care and prevention strategies
• Adhere to infection control practices and established protocols
• Assist with medication administration, patient monitoring, and routine nursing duties consistent with Med-Surg standards
• Participate in care plan development and multidisciplinary rounds
