Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year med-surg nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification (ACLS a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated adaptability and positive teamwork attitude
• Willingness to work with varied teams and adapt to new protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care in a med-surg setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status accurately
• Administer medications and manage IVs as required
