Schedule/Hours:

Preferred Background:

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in Med-Surg nursing, with at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Active RN license
• BLS and NIHSS certifications (both AHA)
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred, but thorough orientation/training is provided
• Adaptable to floating between acute care, cardiology, and emergency care holds

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate care within a 1:5–1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Coordinate with CNA support (ratios 1:8–1:10)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across various units
• Implement best practices for both acute and standard medical patients
• Participate in both general and unit-specific training and orientation
