Qualifications and Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med-Surg experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical documentation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients in the medical-surgical unit
- Monitor, document, and report patient status, changes, and concerns to the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and policies
- Collaborate with physicians and allied healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about post-discharge care and disease management
- Maintain patient safety and comply with infection control protocols

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
