Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license, in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical (Med-Surg) setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, medication administration, and wound care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced situations and prioritize effectively
- BLS certification required (other specialty certifications are a plus)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within a medical-surgical unit, following established protocols and procedures
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and track patient progress
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety standards
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and participate in code responses as necessary

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
