Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• 1+ year recent experience in medical-surgical nursing
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in diverse settings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care to patients in a 47-bed acute care environment
• Monitor, assess, and record patient progress
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
