Schedule/Hours

• Shift times: 1845–0715
• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend: Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night
• No on-call requirements
• Potential for occasional floating as needed

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license
• Recent experience in Med-Surg and Oncology required
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and protocols
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• BLS certification (additional oncology certifications preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care to med-surg and oncology patients
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Document observations, interventions, and responses accurately
• Prioritize patient safety and compassion in every interaction
• Float to similar units if needed, responding flexibly to patient care demands
