Schedule/Hours:
- Weekend block nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Pediatric Hem/Onc experience required (BMT preferred; hem/oncology only acceptable)
- Active RN license (license verification via NURSYS)
- Current BLS, PALS, and APHON Chemotherapy certification
- EMR proficiency with Epic
- Willing and able to comply with facility’s nicotine-free and required flu vaccine policies (no exemptions permitted)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective care to pediatric hematology and oncology patients in a collaborative team environment
- Utilize Epic EMR for thorough and accurate documentation
- Participate in weekend block scheduling, including night shifts
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere beyond individual patient assignments
- Adhere to stringent infection control and safety protocols, including required flu vaccination
