This travel role provides a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in Medical Surgical Oncology within an innovative cancer center setting. Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour day shifts
  • Monday: 7:00am start
  • Tuesday: 8:00am start
  • Thursday: 7:00am start
  • Friday: 6:30am start
  • No weekends or holidays

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical Oncology experience
  • Chemo certification required
  • Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) not required
  • Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
  • Monitor patient responses and address complications promptly
  • Educate patients and families on care processes and treatment plans
  • Participate in care team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in the electronic medical records system
