Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour day shifts
- Monday: 7:00am start
- Tuesday: 8:00am start
- Thursday: 7:00am start
- Friday: 6:30am start
- No weekends or holidays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical Oncology experience
- Chemo certification required
- Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) not required
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
- Monitor patient responses and address complications promptly
- Educate patients and families on care processes and treatment plans
- Participate in care team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Maintain meticulous documentation in the electronic medical records system
