Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Day/Night rotating shifts
- Every other weekend and holiday required
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with a focus on Med-Surg Oncology and expertise in chemotherapy administration
- At least one year of travel nursing experience
- Strong background in high-acuity inpatient hematology/oncology care
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in BMT or cellular therapy
- Familiarity with CAR-T therapies
- ONS chemo-immunotherapy provider certification
- Experience caring for inpatient oncology research patients
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) designation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care for adults undergoing complex chemotherapy and hematology/oncology treatment regimens
- Safely administer and monitor chemotherapy and immunotherapies in accordance with protocols
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clear communication through treatment updates and transitions of care
- Assess patient status, recognize trends, and intervene appropriately in high-acuity oncology scenarios
- Support patients and families, providing education and resources related to treatment plans and symptom management
- Uphold infection prevention, safety protocols, and best practices in a research-driven environment

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
