This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a leading clinical team in a progressive oncology environment, focusing on patients within the BMT/Cell Therapy unit.
Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Rotating day/night shifts
- Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent travel nursing experience
- Demonstrated expertise in hematology/oncology nursing within high-acuity inpatient units
- Competence in administering chemotherapy
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience (not required):
- Direct experience with BMT (Bone Marrow Transplant) or CAR-T therapy
- Completion of ONS chemo-immunotherapy certification
- Familiarity with care for inpatient oncology research patients
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients receiving chemotherapy, cellular therapies, and advanced hematology treatments
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor for adverse reactions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment, side effects, and self-care strategies
- Maintain precise documentation and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
