Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology nursing
- Knowledge of chemotherapy administration and oncology symptom management
- BLS certification required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in a medical-surgical unit
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient responses and progress
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other care team members to develop and adjust care plans
- Educate patients and their families about disease process, treatment regimens, and symptom management
- Respond to changes in patient status promptly and initiate appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control guidelines
