Schedule/Hours:
- Rotating shifts
- 36 hours guaranteed (3 x 12-hour shifts)
- 48 hours guaranteed (4 x 12-hour shifts)
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license at the time of application
- Current BLS/HCP and Chemotherapy certification required
- ACLS, NIHSS, CPI (or equivalent) preferred
- Two or more years of full-time Oncology RN experience prior to travel assignments (experience in 500+ bed, Level 1 Trauma Center highly valued)
- Familiarity with complex oncology care and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional oncology patient care following established clinical protocols and safety standards
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor for side effects or complications
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
- Float to other units as needed to support patient care across the facility
- Uphold standards of compliance and timely documentation
