Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Overland Park, Kansas

Schedule & Hours:

• Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Every other Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night
• No on-call requirements
• Occasional float to other units

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, ideally with oncology exposure
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Flexibility to float between units as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients on the MSU Oncology unit
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments and interventions in accordance with facility standards
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for best outcomes
• Serve as a supportive team member during busy shifts and transitions
