Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Recent experience in medical-surgical nursing
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients with diverse acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care delivery
• Educate patients and families about treatment, medication, and best practices for recovery
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records in the EMR system
