This position provides hands-on experience with a leading electronic health record system (Cerner) and the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule/Hours:

• Day Shift: 0630 to 1830
• 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

• Active Colorado RN license in good standing
• AHA BLS certification (healthcare providers)
• ACLS certification, or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• PALS certification, or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• Proficient in Cerner EHR; basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Clear English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two or more years of Med Surg experience
• BSN degree (preferred but not required)
• Additional language proficiency a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for Med Surg patients in alignment with provider orders
• Conduct and document thorough assessments, interventions, and care evaluations
• Accurately administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments
• Educate patients and families on care plans, disease processes, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support outstanding patient outcomes
• Uphold infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality standards
