Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, intervening as needed
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform assessments as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing therapies, discharge planning, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and other nurses to develop individualized care plans
