Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Alternating weekends required
• Schedule follows a 36/48-hour rotation over a two-week period

Key Qualifications:

• Current KY or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry
• Proficient in Meditech EMR
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
• Willingness to float within scope of practice as needed
• Must live at least 75 miles from location for eligibility
• Driver’s license required for submission

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent nursing care to a diverse Med/Surg and Telemetry patient population
• Manage patient assignments with 1:5/1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios (subject to change based on census)
• Adapt to fluctuating unit needs and provide coverage on alternating weekends
• Complete a bi-weekly orientation to ensure readiness and integration into the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation within Meditech EMR and uphold clinical quality standards
