Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (Expected travel flexibility)
• May be required to float to other departments as needed
• Occasional on-call during scheduled shifts

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid RN license, with credentials in good standing
• Experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing strongly preferred
• Ability to perform independent and delegated medical and nursing functions in accordance with state practice standards
• Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with floating between departments
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently and collaboratively assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide health teaching and counseling to patients and families
• Deliver supportive and restorative care, both directly and through coordination with others
• Monitor and document treatment plans in line with regulatory guidelines
• Utilize resources efficiently to support patient outcomes
• Uphold the facility’s mission and model service excellence
• Refer patients for further care as needed
• Participate in other duties as assigned to meet patient and facility needs
