Schedule & Hours:
- 12-hour shifts: Days & Nights
- 36 hours per week with overtime available
- Self-scheduling (flexibility required for coverage)
- Every-other weekend (or half of monthly weekend shifts)
- Minimal on-call
- Holiday rotation (alternating holidays assigned annually)
- Shift differentials for weekends & nights
What You’ll Bring:
- Nursing degree and a valid RN compact or Kansas state license
- Current BLS certification (ACLS & PALS can be obtained post-hire)
- Passion for delivering safe, evidence-based care
- Professionalism, drive, and kindness—new graduates encouraged
- Willingness to float within nursing scope when needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation of patient care
- Implement evidence-based care strategies in medical/surgical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with best practices
- Adapt to floating assignments and diverse patient needs
