Schedule / Hours:

• Night shift assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care to patients in stepdown, telemetry, and PCU settings
• Monitor cardiac and telemetry readings, ensuring timely intervention as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure holistic care
• Educate patients and families about care plans and ongoing recovery needs
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all clinical protocols and hospital policies

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license
• Previous cardiac care experience required (cardiac stepdown or similar patient populations)
• Experience in at least one: Med Surg, Stepdown, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Telemetry
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS (required)
• Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities
