Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license

Responsibilities:

- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately using hospital-approved systems
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge plans and ongoing health management
- Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements
