Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care for patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patients’ conditions

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to organizational and regulatory standards
