Seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a Med Surg environment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the Medical-Surgical floor, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, identify changes in condition, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the electronic medical record
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

$1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
