Key Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of one year experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg/MS) setting
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in collaborative healthcare teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and comprehensive patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans under the guidance of the healthcare team
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies as needed
  • Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changing health status
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
  • Maintain compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case reviews

$1,800 - $1,958/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
