Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments

Schedule:

• Contract assignment; shifts and duration will be discussed during the interview process

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments according to physician orders
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and aftercare
• Accurately document all interventions and patient responses
• Maintain adherence to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards
