Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and charting
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and routines

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical unit, adhering to established protocols and standards
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and respond promptly to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments safely while maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure cohesive care planning and patient advocacy
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, post-hospital care, and wellness strategies

$1,620 - $1,763/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
