This contract opportunity places you at the heart of a dynamic hospital setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and utilizing your clinical expertise to support patient recovery and wellness.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour day shifts

Qualifications:

  • Valid and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
  • Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) system required
  • Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus)
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied health staff to deliver coordinated care
  • Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and hospital policy
  • Document all care, assessments, and interventions accurately using Cerner EMR
  • Educate patients and family members to support understanding and participation in care
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
